Dear Sir/Madam, I'm looking for products with the following specifications: 1. Commodity: CORN for animal feed –non-MGO 2. Origin: South America 3. Specification: As attached 4. Price: waiting for your offer 5. Quantity: First trial of 65.000 MT followed by a one year contract of 65.000MT per month (prices can be flexible and adjusted during the year contract when needed). 6. Incoterms: CIF: Yantai port - China 7. Payment term: DLC 8. Transaction procedures: First price offer, after acceptance of this LOI, FCO by the seller, ICPO by the buyer and SPA and IMFPA by the seller.
