Copper clad laminate sheet needed Buyer and Importer

Since we are shipping to EU, it is mandatory that the supplier can provide a EU RoHS declaration. This is, again, mandatory. Experience sending to EU countries is very welcomed. We received offers that go bellow $30/piece and it is unlikely we will consider higher bids. In addition, we require payment using Alibaba's trade assurance.
