Copper Cathodes Grade 99.99% Buyer and Importer

I am looking for a supplier of copper cathodes who is able to supply product into a bonded warehouse first to allow buyer to do testing and verification before buyer releases payment. Payment is by TT. No deposits. No upfront payments. No Lc or SBLC. Terms are strictly TT after testing. Product can be delivered into bonded warehouses either in Zambia or in China. Quantity is anything above 500 tons up to a maximum of 5,000 tons. Contract preferred but spot deals are welcome.
