Dear Mr. /Mrs. Our company is looking for the cooling system for reduction of water temperature in hot period of year. For our current cooling system, Air Cooling system is used to reduce the heat of water and it is somehow not working properly in hot days. Water is in a closed system, means it has no contact with ambient air or any other media, for reducing the risk of corrosion or lowering cooling capacity of Air Coolers. Some parameters are as here: Current cooling system, Air cooling system (with 10 parts): Cooling capacity of almost 3800 TBR (11600000 kCal/hr) Water temperature in: 43~59°C in hot period of year Water temperature out: 43~49°C in hot period of year Water Capacity: 11260 m3 Cooling surface: 43750 m2 Working Pressure: 0.6 MPa Pipe inlet size: 8" Water flow rate: 1300m3/hr Pump pressure: 5 bars. It pours water to a cubic concrete closed pool with capacity of 900 m3？. Weather Temperature in hot periods of year: 44~49°C We need a new closed cooling system (no contact with ambient) to help the current one. So, sharing the circulating water of 1300m3/hr with the current cooling system, and pouring the cooled water to the concrete pool to reach the desired final temperature of 42°C in hot period of year. Wet bulb temperature for summer is 21~22°C. In winter minimum air temperature is about -15°C. Please send us your quote for the new cooling system.
