Cellular PVC rails (all the same, just using material similar to this Note: if producing in this material, no coating is needed for white frames. Preferred (if offered): -Coating services (paint front flat side and edges - back side no needing paint/overspray is fine) -Apply adhesive (2 - 2 strips per rail) -Coating (seal/primer + one coat; black paint (70% of order), white paint (30% of order). No paint is required on back side (where there are notches), overspray is fine -Package in visible poly bag + hang tag (custom - artwork to be provided, able to hang on peg hook for retail), + footer card (custom artwork to be provided). Note: footer and header cards will provide protection for edges of rail to eliminate breakage. We currently put 2 rails in a poly bag (open to other packaging solution, but product must be partially visible, and edges must be protected) Note: our ideal, is one source for all, so we receive 2 mdf rails, painted, in a retail ready package that eliminates mdf parts breakage (tips).
