We requires 60 parts machined out a ASA, Nylon or Nylatron Material. All plastics used must be black or dark grey in color. A marbled look (like found in Nylatron and glass filled nylons) are acceptable. The part is roughly rectangular in shape measuring 16.25 x 0.95 x 0.8 inches with a top and bottom channel. The part has been designed with basic machining principles in mind. Currently, there is no drawing. Only a CAD, STL or IGS file is available. All tolerances are 0.005.
