Dear Sir or Madam, We do manufacture full size male display mannequins. We are going to launch a new line of full size male display heads only.This project is currently only at the prototype level. Our request is as follow: we need wigs for those display heads. We need wigs that are very realistic looking. Male wigs only, no female. Material does not need to be real human hair. We want the cheapest possible wig with the best realistic look. The color should be dark brown (close to black). The wig should be designed so that they can be affixed to the head (self adhesive could be a possibility). Bonding between head and wig must not show when looking at the head from close range. The hair density should be close to human hair (175-300 hairs per square centimeter). For hair length and wig style, please look at the attached pictures. You can notice that the hair in wig D is very very short just above the ears. I do not know if it possible to create a wig that would ressemble this hair cut? The hair in wig E is more straight forward. The important concept being that the underlying layer of the wig (part that holds the hair together, and the part that allows the wig to be affixed to the head) must not be visible from very close range. We need to find a company that can produce either wig (not necessarily both). Currently we only need 2 prototypes so that we can check the quality. IMPORTANT --> WE DO NOT HAVE SAMPLE. Those wigs DO NOT exist. WE NEED YOU TO CREATE those wigs and PROVIDE US with samples. Estimate yearly quantity at full production is 500/years (both models).
