Greetings,My Company is generating a quote for a possible customer to manufacture a line of ice cream like desserts using what we call coconut cream. By Coconut Cream I am referring to the juice cold pressed (frictional temperatures to to exceed 116 degree Fahrenheit) from the meat of the mature coconut. Which is what many oil manufactures then further processed with a centrifuge to obtain coconut oil. This is a product we make ourselves from whole mature nuts we source from Mexico and Central America, but for this relationship with this possible customer to work, it is not effective for us to open the coconuts ourselves so we are looking to outsource. As we have never directly imported anything, so this is a new experience for us. This means I am looking not for a price per kg, but any quote we consider must also include a description of how the item is packaged including the mass of the product, how many packages would go into a container for cost effective importation, and an estimated cost of shipping to my door in south west Missouri, united States.
