If the 1st trial shipment is successfully carried out, we will enter yearly contract (12 shipments per year ) with the seller. However the price shall be reviewed quarterly. 2)Kindly furnish the product spec, sample photos, SGS Quality report, product origin, loading port, company profile and trading record for our perusal. 3)We are ever ready to issue LOI & BCL or ICPO if we are satisfied it is a genuine offer. Seller must issue the draft contract ( 2% performance bond by seller must be part of the contract ).
