Seller provides CI ( based on Inspection under SGS Control) with the complete set of documents far payment to Seller's and Buyer's Banks. Buyer's bank after receipt of the complete set of the Documents for Payment realizes the payment to Seller's bank within 72 banking hours upon SGS Final inspection at the discharging port, always at Buyer's cost. Seller realizes Title to the Buyer.
