Brass Material Capabilities and CNC Machining CNC Machining or Not anodized aluminum parts Buyer and Importer

Please see attached for print I need to be quoted. The material needs to be out of 304Stainless Steel. Need to know what tooling costs apply, if any, capacity for delivery (How many parts can be produced per month), what is the lead time on the first production shipment. Quote per unit needs to include FOB Houston. Quantity Breakdown is as follows 5,000 25,000 50,000 100,000 200,000 From bar stock, .875 diameter x .500 long makes 12 parts per pound. In 304 Stainless Steel, current pricing is averaging around $2.30 - $3.00 per pound. That equates to roughly $0.20 - $0.25 per part in material costs. Since these parts will be cast instead of made from bar stock, this means that the parts produced per pound should be more like 13 to 15 per pound. I need a quote back as soon as you can get it to me. We are looking to place an order fairly soon. Product must be without porosity and made with quality. I am looking forward to your reply.
