Ballpoint Pen Custom Refill Buyer and Importer

URGENT URGENT URGENT Hello im a French graphic and products designer in Paris. For now I'am creating a floatting pen for a famous Parisian museum. I found the floating pen I was looking for: I got now the supplier BUT...Im looking for a NEW ballpoint pen refill cause the ink refill given with the floating pen is NOT OK, so ID love to find a ballpoint pen refill: - with the same dimensions than the ink refill given with the floating pen (especially for the dimensions (a) (this 4+ mm? Has to be inserted in the plasic part of my floattting pen. )(NB: "4+" means: 4 mn wont fill the plastic pen hole: Then, dimension (a) has to be 4, 1 or 4, 2 or 4, 3mm), (b) (have to be about 7, 5 mm (not more because of the cap) and (c) has to be about 37 mm ) - with BLACK ink (the ink refill given with the floating pen is blue: ( - with a métal tip NOT IN GOLD (such as the ink refill given with the floating pen) BUT I need to find it with a SILVER métal tip - what will be the length of possible writing for the user? 500 meters? - this refill will be totally dry if the ball is not covered by a cap OR...No pblm if the ball doesnt perfectly touch (and be protected by) the end of the cap? - about qtys: The FIRST order will be about ONE (or two or three) thousand refills: Please tell me the 3 prices - if this pen is sold with success at the museum, it will be thousands and thousands to produce! - tell me also the price for transportation (boat OR quicker: By plane) for France (Paris) OR Denmark (town: Merl? Se) - please give me all prices in euros Please answer me ONLY for that and for nothing else! (time is missing for me! ) Please: If you ever could positively answering me, and not to loose time from now, could send me by POSTAL letter (not UPS or DHL...) a few refill samples (not so urgent SO postal letter could be enough) > if really UPS, FedEx are forced I will ask the parisian museum to contact you to pay the freight > please tell me the freight price, but, again, I feel a normal postal letter could be enough...
