Dear Supplier, Our company is manufacturing capillary thermostats (electromechanical instruments) where we are checking the possibility of replacing the ceramic housing-body with bakelite raw-material. We are therefore looking for suitable material which can be processed by pressing (or eventually, as alternative, by injection-mould) technology to produce the finished parts (appr. size 100 x 60 x 20 mm, with a quite complicated shape), which can withstand permanent ambient temperature of 160 - 190°C without damage or deformation.
