Dear Vendor, Our company purchased right to participate in open tender for the Carbon anodes block for Aluminum Electrolysis described in attached RFQ. Please review it and advise if you interested in participation in same tender as OEM part. In order if you agree following information will be required from your company. 1. Your detailed proposal for all required parts and lines based on FCA, EXW or FOB delivery. 2. Complete technical information for the offered equipment including drawings. 3. Requested and relevant copy certificates of conformity 4. OEM authorization letter, required by customer separately for every tender, this is to assure customer that supplier(we) do not participate and represent OEM name without authorization. Letter template will be provided later, text need to copied and paste to company letterhead sign and stamped, copy to be sent to us, original may be required in case if customer needed. 5. Packing information including type of packing, qty of packing, total weight and each weight of each packing, dimensions, HS code. 6. Reference list, which need to be presented to customer with your sales experience of similar product. Also your company profile. Look forward for your quotation.
