Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order along with the Company profile. 2. Title Holder verify Buyer Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order with Company Profile and issues Sales & Purchase Agreement signs, seals and sends it to the Buyer for Buyer’s signature and seal (with amendments if any), 3. Buyer signs and returns Sales & Purchase Agreement to the Title Holder and Buyer visit the Title Holder office to finalize and seal the transaction. 4. The parties shall schedule a table talk meeting (TTM) at supplier’s/Title Holder administrative office in Russia with buyer for inspection of products and signing of the Hard copy Sales & Purchase Agreement after buyer has provided evidence of POF. 5. Upon acceptance of fuel specifications based upon the SGS report, buyer makes payment for the product via MT103/TT to Title Holder and all POP documents will be presented to the buyer upon confirmation. 6. SGS/ surveyors issues certificate of quality, and certificate of quantity to buyer. 7. Seller immediately starts loading/injection of fuel into buyer vessels.
