The company has many departments - Manager room, Technical Department, Production, QC, etc. It has many assembly workshops: large membrane wall welding production lines, large automatic beveling machine, plate bending machine with bending capacity of 3200 ㎜ × 1200 ㎜, CNC numerical control cutting machine, and more than 270 sets advanced production & testing equipments.We are the professional boiler and boiler accessories manufacturer and supplier, and can produce all kinds of boilers. In order to ensure the quality of products, we monitor the comprehensive quality management system strict accordance with the control point from raw material procurement & re-testing & process to storage of qualified products. All the steels and pipes are purchased from the well-known large domestic enterprises.The leading product manufacturing processes, sophisticated processing equipment and 80% of the main welding equipments are imported. The welding ends round metal cutting, all openings are processed by machine comply with the standard and then be welded. Welding mainly uses advanced automatic welding, gas protection welding, TIG welding. Welding quality has greatly improved, the drum and other main pressure parts adopt CNC automatic welding. And all of the welding 100% passed penetrant inspection.
