A separate Infrastructure has been setup for Digital Printing of Fabrics. State of the art machines NASSENGER 8 from Konica Minolta, Japan have been installed in an air-conditioned building where in we can produce 5000 Mtrs of Digital Printed Fabric a day
Singeing & De-sizing
Singeing is a process where in the loose fiber protruding on the surface, get removed. On Cotton based fabrics, this process increases the wetting of fabric. This would result in enhancement of the dyeing characteristics, improved reflection, a smoother surface, better clarity in printing, improved visibility of the fabric structure, less pilling and decreased contamination through removal of fluff and lint.Greige fabric is sourced & procured from reputed and high capacity looms equipped with upgraded technology. We desize the greige fabric for optimum wet processing and dyeing.This is the first and a very important aspect of fabric processing & we do it using Latest ribbon type burners from Parex, UK.
Bleaching
To achieve excellent results in fabric dyeing & printing, there are two important factors which need to be taken care off, evenness and the ability to reproduce. We attain this by processing the fabric on washing/scouring and bleaching, on Menzel Machines from Germany. These machines are World class & are highly energy efficient and environment friendly. This enhances the absorbency levels of the fabric for the forthcoming processes.
Mercerizing
This Process is done to improve the Alkali penetration into the fabric core. Hot Mercerizing process is done in our unit on Benninger machine from Switzerland. This would help the fabric become stronger, smoother, and shinier than regular cotton. This would also ensure rich color saturation, brilliant and lustrous shades which would help us to serve our renowned buyers.
Dyeing
We do the reactive Dyeing on open Width Cold Pad Dyeing System from Kusters, Germany. We can dye 40000 Mtrs per day dyeing capacity in cotton and synthetic fabric (rayon, nylon and viscose). The Quality controls in place ensure the right quality of color preparation to fixation, washing and soaping process which would result in excellent color penetration and fastness.
Rotary Printing
We do this rotary printing process on a 12 Color Screen Printing Machine manufactured by Laxmi, India. We do different types of printing, viz.,Reactive, Discharge, Pigment, Khadi, Blotch, Reactive Pigment Blotch, Printing on Yarn dyed/denim fabrics, etc. We have an inhouse R & D team possessing excellent skill sets to cater to our esteemed buyers. We achieve a very comprehensive "Do it Right the First Time" on most of our initial approvals resulting in quick turnarounds.
Emerizing / Microsanding
We have a state of the art Italian machine, CARU equipped with Carbon & Diamond Technology to ensure a superior sueding effect with no streak.
Finishing & Shrinkage
We have three Hot air Stenters with 5 chambers, SM Lucy & Yamuna India. We also have Airo Finish machine from Biancalani Italy. We use these machines for finishing of fabric along with Shrinkage control.
Approved Laboratory
We have an inhouse Laboratory approved by H & M for testing of parameters on fabric. We provide initial test reports to our esteemed clients.
Sanforizing
We have Ronsons make Sanforizing machine installed. This process is a controlled compressive shrinkage process, which is applied on woven fabric to achieve shrinkage before making the garments. It is a mechanical finishing process of treating textile fabrics to prevent the normal dimensional alternation of warp and weft. It is also called anti-shrinkage finishing process. It is a process of treatment used for cotton fabrics mainly and most textiles made from natural or chemical fibres. It is a method of stretching, shrinking and fixing the woven cloth in both length and width, before cutting and producing to reduce the shrinkage which would otherwise occur after washing .Sanforizing process is based on the principle that when a elastic felt blanket is passed around a metal roller in contact with it, its outer surface is process extended and the inner surface contracted. So the process is called controlled compressive shrinkage process.
Calendering
We have a calendering machine from Prabhat Textile Corporation, India. It is a finishing process used to get a smooth & a shiny finish. Fabric is passed between calender rollers at high temperatures and pressures. Calendering is used on fabrics to produce its watered effect and also on cambric and some types of sateens.

PLC Based loop Ager
We have 2 nos of TEXFAB make PLC based Loop Agers. We use this machine post printing for fixation of prints by steaming processes.Fabric passes through a compact steaming chamber to reduce steam consumption. The specially treated loop rods rotate on their axis to avoid marking off from the rod itself. Loop formation is done by a dancing roller system.A special system to allow air to re-circulate instead of steam permits polymerization treatment with hot air upto 160°C. All fabric movement drives are driven by variable speed AC motor which makes it energy efficient. There is an automatic control PLC for programming and monitoring the steam quantity, steam pressure, process time and temperature.

We have an exclusive collection of products across the length & breadth of our showroom. This array of products offer the buyer a huge bandwidth to chose & select the samples.
Boiler
We have a 5 Ton Steam Boiler from Thermax, India This apart, we have a Thermopack Boiler 150000 KCAL from Heatex, India as support infrastructure for the production process.

We have a full fledged automated CAD Design Studio with our skilled Design Team to cater to our wide spectrum of buyers.
