In our stitching unit, we have been manufacturing fashion garments and casual garments for Europe, North America and East Asia leading brands for over Eleven years. We provide services from designing and pattern making to delivering the finished products, all according to our customer's requirements. With our skilled design and patterns making departments, we can produce one of the best fits in both fashion, casual garments and gloves, accessories and we also provide made-to-measure services. For our fashion, casual garments and accessories. We have our specialized teams to maintain the required quality and safety measures without any compromises. To ensure the highest standards, we have our own material stock storage halls where the regularly used materials are stocked and inspected by our quality control team from time to time to ensure the same quality for each product batch produced. In the same way, when the leather for the garments is delivered from the Tannery Division to the Stitching Unit, it is thoroughly checked for the quality and only the approved skins are issued for the production process. The cutting department cuts the panels keeping in view the customer and the quality requirements. After cutting completes leather panels are again checked for any discrepancies and any substandard panels are replaced. Our world class stitching line is experienced and dedicated to provide required quality and timely deliveries, and is considered one of the best in the local industry. Material quality checking starts from the purchase and is continuously monitored by our experienced and dedicated quality control team till the end product is dispatched to its customer. In the stitching unit the floors are dedicated to each product line, manufactured and supervised by its own specialized teams to provide complete customer satisfaction. Our stitching line is capable of producing double, triple and quadruple stitched seams ensuring the perfect fitting of the garment. Apart from all the quality concerns we are always trying to reduce the cost and minimize the time consumption in different processes. Considering these factors, we have developed our own in-house screen printing, leather and textile embossing, silicon printing, leather and textile embroidery and laser cutting, printing and etching units. This helps us in getting the desired quality at a reduced cost and we share this benefit with our customers. In this facility we can produce 600 Garments and Accessories daily using textile, denim and leather like, cow, buffalo, sheep, lamb, goat and New-Zealand sheep skins. We hope to serve more customers with our services.

We ensure that the products are responsibly manufacture and have a code of conduct which is implemented to all parts of production chain including suppliers, sub contractors and associated tanneries.LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: EuroStar Leather Corporation is registered company under PAKISTAN LAW COMPANY ACT Sec-1962, and adheres to all its terms and conditions.ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: EuroStar Leather Corporation wants to ensure minimal impact of production on environment. We demand that our leather supplier follow applicable legislation and regulations regarding the environment. We make sure that the products comply with the REACH regulation for chemical content in the production process. Use of material originating from endangered animals is not allowed.SAFETY: We provide safe and hygienic working environment, No hazardous elements are allowed in to the premises. We provide safe and protective equipments to our workers. Fire extinguishers and alarm are easily accessible on each floor. CCTV cameras are installed to ensure women safety. First Aid Box is provided in case of any mishap.EMPLOY RIGHTS: There is no discrimination based on sex /cast or creed in employment. Employees are given applicable training and chance to improve their skills. Workers have full freedom of expression and association,CHILD LABOUR: We do not promote Child Labour or Bonded Labour.WAGES AND WORKING HOURS: We ensure that we pay basic wages to all the workers for eight hours work per day. Incase of overtime the wage is paid at premium rate and refreshment are also provided. Allowance is given in case of Sick leave.
Quality management
· EuroStar Leather Corporation Stands on such a long hall which fill by approximately more than two hundred employs who are stitching all king of leather goods. The building is specious and properly ventilated and illuminated for convenience of work.· We have around 30-40 employees for different departments who are well trained and skilled in their work.· We use only good condition imported machine which are checked and maintain regularly.· We have the capacity of making 3000-4000 leather apparels (jackets, gloves, pants) per Month.· EuroStar Leather Corporation also works with professional and well equipped sub-contractors as per the work demand.Our Associated TanneriesWe have tied up with Tanneries for wide range of leather making especially high end veg tanned and ecofriendly leather. We also ensure that our associated tanneries follow required norms in leather making such as waste water treatment plan and nonuse of harmful and banned chemicals. The tanneries do not promote unnecessary killing of animals for leather. The leather is procured absolutely from the meat industry.
