About our factory
We have a high-capability factory that is able to produce 25000 pieces of products per month, and a houseware used for production and storage up to 20000 m2. Almost all of out products are 100% handmade, which, to some extent, cannot be compared with those produced by machine in terms of productivity and quality. This however, is what we are proud of, because of the value remained in our products, it is the worker attempts and enthusiasm. Besides, we have 300 skillful workers specializing in handicraft, which is on one hand the reason why we can still keep pace with those produced by machines. On the other hand, human are more versatile than machine, allowing you to customize your own style and design.
We are pursuing an established code of conduct, where we can balance inside and outside environment of the company to achieve important things: customers' satisfaction and workers' dedication.1. We respect and help to protect the environment.100% material of our products are eco-friendly, they are harvested from common plants that can be grow fast and have high regeneration capacity, such as seagrass and water hyacinth. 2. We create a friendly and active working environment.We take advantage of young people by recruiting fresh graduates and senior students, training them on our owns. The ideas of workers are listened and highly appreciated. They are also rewarded for their exceptional achievement in the company.In some special circumstance, we throw parties to reinforce the relationship among staff and exploring their talents like our monthly birthday celebrations or year-end parties.3.
