What is the sales order process?
Our CIF sales protocol is outlined as follows: 1) End buyer signs seller and seller mandate’s NCNDA 2) End buyer provides seller with LOI 3) End buyer provides proof of funds via bank confirmation letter 4) End buyer may make any reasonable inquiries directly with seller to address proof of successful transactions, etc 5) End buyer provides seller with purchase order and corporate letter 6) End buyer establishes an irrevocable letter of credit in the name of the seller 7) Seller’s attorney and end buyer’s attorney have an official phone call 8) Construct and execute SPA 9) Incremental funds transfer into escrow 10) SGS inspection of product at point of origin 11) Product shipped and delivered 12) Customs duties paid by end buyer 13) SGS inspection of product at port of destination 14) Funds released from escrow to seller and seller mandates 15) End buyer takes ownership and custody of stock
What guarantees can you provide that your allocation holders own the stock?
Upon signing the seller's NCNDA, the end buyer's attorney will receive proof of ownership.
May I purchase less than the 250,000 box MOQ?
Unfortunately not. Our MOQ must correspond with the amount of stock that can fit into a single plane load. 250,000 100 ct boxes and 210,000 300 ct. boxes will fit into one cargo plane. Our shipping prices are less expensive than conventional air freight so we must fill an entire plane as it pertains to every order that is shipped.
Does your company have experience in nitrile glove air freight order fulfillment?
Our allocation holders ship supply directly from the manufacturer to the end buyer. Upon signing the seller's NCNDA, the end buyer may request proof of prior transactions.
Will the seller ship to any international airport?
Yes.
How long will the end buyer have to wait for their initial shipment after the sales order agreement is signed?
10-14 days with a penalty clause that favors the end buyer.
What are the logistical requirements concerning glove shipments?
We recommend no more than 2 plane loads a week per airport. Any more than 500,000 boxes of gloves delivered weekly to any one international airport destination may present a logistical challenge for the end buyer.
May the end buyer lock in a contract price?
Yes, as long as the LOC cash reserve matches the box quantity on the SPA, the price is locked in. The end buyer may chose how often and how much of the stock is shipped. Only the incremental amount due for each shipment must be deposited into escrow.
How is authenticity of product guaranteed?
Each shipment is inspected at the point of origin before the product ships and again on arrival at the port of destination by SGS. Chain of custody is also verified by SGS.
Who is responsible for delivery from the port of destination to the final destination location?
The end buyer is customarily responsible, although our concierge service can coordinate logistics to the final destination location upon request.
