we have started our lemon season window to all countries with good quality. Fruits are still young and can bear shipping for long distances.
1. The buyer undertakes to provide us ( the seller ) with all due diligence documents related to import regulations in the destination country, including but not limited to an updated lists of prohibited and restricted pesticides, as well as the quality specifications for each "Product" as it relates to quality category (class l or class ll), and the 1. The buyer undertakes to fully co-operate with the seller regarding any reasonable clarifications or queries as requested by its clients or authorities regarding the food safety, traceability or quality of the product. 2. The buyer will send to the seller an intake quality report within a maximum period of 48 hours from the arrival date/time of the shipment ("Intake Quality Report"). The Intake Quality Report will refer to the airway bill or container number, arrival date/time, total number and weight of cartons received, the number of cartons taken as a quality sample, the information mentioned on the traceability labels placed on each carton taken as a sample, quality comments, the percentage of each type of defect and the percentage of the sample taken to the whole shipment as well as copy of the temperature recorders readings placed in the shipments. The Second Party may reject any products that do not conform to the description of the Product as agreed or are not of satisfactory quality ("Defective Products") but must do so within the Intake Quality Report and provide all necessary evidence reasonably requested by the seller. The seller may refer the matter to a third party auditor to verify the contents of the Intake Quality Report. If the buyer fails to give such notice of rejection, the Products will be deemed accepted
