We are an engineering company established as one of the first WFOE's in China in 2002.There is a total of 1800sq M of factory floor in three buildings.Plant includes CNC lathes, Band Saws, EDM, Laser, Bending Machines as well as thread rolling machines, mills, TIG and MIG welding, bench lathes, drill presses, UHF heating, presses and forging machines. We are located 25 Minutes from Ningbo International Airport and some 7km from Ningbo City centre as well as being handy to Ningbo Port at Beilun. We manufacture to industries such as Telecom, Water, gas and petroleum reticulation, domestic lighting, as well as many other industries.
The customer is always right is a dangerous saying. It's essentially completely incorrect to describe our core customers in this manner. They are buyers and that is their job. It is our job to ensure they understand the products they are buying, so they are able to talk with their customers with knowledge and understanding of what they are doing.It is also important for them to appreciate the manufacturing process so they are able to work with us in long term planning and production. Quality is not just the products, it is the whole package.
Jonothan K Sims
The owner is Jonothan Sims (Jon) who came to China in 1995 in an attempt to control quality from his suppliers. This was not successful so he established his own I/E company in 1997 but was still encountering quality issues.The only solution was to establish his own factory in 2002.He is Degree Level Pure and Applied Physics, an engineer, fully conversant with metals, plastics, CAD and modeling as well as all the machinery required for a modern, succesful factory. It took many many years to ensure his staff were fully conversant with manufacturing quality as well as workplace safety, and responsibility. The core staff of 15 employees has been with the company since it's establishment. They are loyal and have a lot of respect and pride in the work they produce.
