Sodium Nahalene sulfonate Formaldehyde, Nahalene righ range water reducer, nahalene superplasticizer,PNS, SNF, FDNProduct name: Sodium Nahalene FormaldehydeHigh Range Water-Reducing Admixture Sodium Nahalene Formaldehyde, Poly Nahalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate,Concrete AdmixtureUses Sodium Nahalene Formaldehyde produces concrete with extremely workable characteristics referred to as high slump. PNS also allows concrete to be produced with very low water/cement ratios at low or normal slumps.Sodium Nahalene Formaldehyde is ideal for use in prestress, precast, bridge deck or any concrete where it is desired to keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum and still achieve the degree of workability necessary to provide easy placement and consolidationSodium Nahalene Formaldehyde Specification: Solid Content 92% min Moisture 8.0 % max Fineness 5.0% max value 7 - 9 Chlorides Content 2.0% max Surface Tension 68-72 Mn/m Cement Flowing Rate 230mm min Concrete Reducing Water Rate 18% min Sodium Sulfate Content 18% max (5%max is also available) Addition Rates Sodium Nahalene Formaldehyde can be added directly or added in after melt. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing. The afterward approach can achieve better result. The suggested addition rate is 0.75%.Sodium Nahalene Formaldehyde Direction Prepare solutions as required. Direct use of powdery agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio: 60%). The agent can be combined with other externally applied agents if pilot development or laboratory experiment succeeds. Sodium Nahalene Formaldehyde Package, Storage & Handling For powder: Woven fabric bag with plastic t weight: 25kg +/- 0.1 kg.
