Features:

1. Shape part: Dimension: overall length: 2.5m, width: 1m, mesh belt:0.8m, feeding part length:0.5m, discharge part length:0.5m, light source part: 1.5m, feed port net height is 0.15m, total height is 1.2m (excluding motor), feed and discharge port of sterilization area have avoid light area, with the hood and adjustable damper. The shell is made of 1.2cm cold plate bends, the machine surface high-temperature spraying plastics (not ordinary spraying), corrosion resistant, easy ti clean. The bottom is equipped with four brake type movable casters,easy to move.

2. Transmission part: Adopt 120W infinitely adjustable-speed motor adjust speed, with didital display infinitely adjustable-speed and eed table, uniform speed reach 0-5m/min can adjustable. Adopt black Teflon mesh belt driving, with dragging plate in the middle,Front and behind equipped with adjustable active and passive wheel, mesh is not easy to scratch because of the mesh running.

3. Light source part: Adopt 16 sets of 40w ultraviolet sterilization dedicated tubes. Uniform distribution in the furnace upper and under each 5, left and right each 3, with UV reflecting device ,greatly improve the usage rate of the UV light, it can reach 90%, each group sterilization lamp can control independently,add the adjustable device can adjust UV lamp angle. The total length of lamp is 800mm, effect optical distance is 150mm, wave length is 255mm, the sterilization rate can reach 90%. Equipped with automatic timer,can monitor the using time of the tube at any time, convenient replace the lamp.

4. Power source part: power source: 220V,2kw, three-se five little system.
