Mongolian grassland healthy cattle (3-6 years old) and goat/sheep (1-2 years old) are selected for frozen goat carcass, frozen beef and mutton. They are slaughtered on the assembly ed, and eviscerated by workers and processed according to customers' technology, and other requirements.
