Because It is obviously high quality (you might see the news) We assume that COVID-19 never go away. And there might second pandemic(hopefully not). In Korea, mask is essential item in our lives. KF-94 mask is approved by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety The KF-94 mask can filter more than 94% of particles with an average size of 0.4 ㎛ According to 3M, it is reasonable to consider Korea 1st Class(KMOEL-2017-64) and FFP2 as “similar” to US NIOSH N95, for filtering non-oil-based particles such as those resulting from wildfires, PM 2.5 air pollution, volcanic eruptions, or bioaerosols(e.g. Viruses) While Korea 1st Class(KMOEL-2017-64) is an industrial standard, KF94 is a health standard. In terms of filter performance ,there is no difference between the two. In Korea, KF94 Mask is used for medical purpose. KCDC(Korea Center for Disease Control) recommends to use KF94 mask when the risk of respirary infection is high
