Synthetic air filter media are made of polymer fibers. The media has a progressive structure, which means that the density of the filter mat gradually increases with the depth of the material in the direction of airflow. This prevents early surface clogging of the filter material and results in high dust retention capacity and long useful life.
They are adequately bonded, so that their structure and properties will be retained even under difficult operating and climatic conditions.
Synthetic media are resistant to mechanical stresses and exposure to chemicals, which reduces the risk of damage on installation and during operation. They are available in G2, G3, G4 and M5 classes acc. to EN779.
Applications: Pre-filter applications, spray booths, air conditioning systems, commercial and industrial exhausts, fresh air intakes.
