The electroresis of aluminum profiles refers to the process of putting the extruded aluminum alloy in the electroresis tank and switch on direct current to form a dense resin film on the surface. The liquor in electroresis tank consists of acrylic resin, cosolvent and pure water. The electroresis of aluminum profiles contains four chemical reaction processes, namely, electroresis, electrolysis, electrodeposition and electroosmosis. Features of aluminum profiles after electroretic coating: can resist acid, alkali and pollution, delay aging of aluminum profiles, wear well and resist fade with gloss.
