An encounter between old and new, between tradition and re-interpretation, this is the Chianti Government of Melini. Born from the rediscovery of a fascinating traditional method, based on the slow re-fermentation of the freshly drawn wine with Sangiovese grapes dried in the "fruit r", this wine has an authentic character conferred by an enveloping and complex aroma and a full, full-bodied, soft and fruity flavor.

Intense and vivid ruby red color, enveloping and complex aroma, with marked notes of ripe fruit (morello cherry and raspberry) and pleasant floral scents (iris, violet). Full-bodied, soft and fruity flavor, very savory and harmonious.

Recommended with appetizers of assorted cold cuts and cheeses, savory first courses and vegetable soups, grilled red meats, but also with the pleasure of a convivial aperitif.
