  2. How many years warranty ,and if there is defective drivers ,what will you do ?Â

  a. We give 3 years warranty ,we will 100% quality check for every product before we deliver .

  b. if there is any defective drivers happened , we will check together with you  if it is the n issue or the dimmer compatitable issue ,after that if we found there is still problem maybe caused by transport or condition or someother reason ,we will send you a new one for replacement. Â

  3. What certificate do you have ,can you send us by the test report ?Â

  For now ,we have got CE-EMC certificate ,CE-LVD certificate issued by TUV lab. And we can send you our test report if you ask for it .

  4. Do you have service of ODM /OEM?

  5. Can you help us to make special drivers according to our specific request ?Â

  Yes, we have a team for desinging the all kind of drivers, if you need, please tell us ,but we need you pay the design cost firstly ,but we will pay back if you send us order over 10000 pcs .
