After the material is crushed in the second crusher, and transported into screen. After screened, big material gets into fine crusher and will be recrushed. Finally, qualified particle gets into fine ore bin and will be transported into first stage ball mill, after first grinding, then the ore gets into second stage ball mill and will be grinded, after this, ore gets into first stage hydrocyclones. The grinded ore is classified in the first stage hydrocyclones, underflow ore gets back ball mill, overflow ore comes into second stage hydrocyclone, and underflow gets into third ball mill. After third ball mill, and then into second stage hydrocyclone. Overflow of second stage hydrocyclone gets into two mixing tank, and then one rough three concentrate three scavenge lead flotation. Concentrate tailings gets back last stage, scavenge tailings get back last stage. Third concentrate will be as lead concentrate and gets into settling pond. Lead flotaiton tailings gets into two mixing tank and are mixed again, then one rough three concentrate three scavenge zinc flotation. Concentrate tailings gets back into last stage, three scavenge concentrate gets back last stage. Third concentrate will be zinc concentrate and gets into settling pond. Zinc flotation tailings will be total tailings, after concentrating and filtering, they will be transported into stock. Concentrating and filtering water can reuse.
