“HOW TO COOK”

PREPARATION : 1 package of HAN.CHEF seasoning mix, 600g Napa cabbage, 60g Salt

1. Prepare 600g of napa cabbage and chop by 2 inches size(5cm), and then wash in the running water.

2. Marinate chopped cabbage in salt water for 30 minutes.

3. Rinse the cabbage and drain.

4. Mix the cabbage with 1 pack of seasoning well by gloved hands.
