Influencing the spinning quality:

The influence of the spinning by the spinning environment temperature:

Solvent’s volatilization speed; the higher the spinning environment temperature, the faster the volatilization of the jet solvent, the better the fiber’s shape.

The environment control plan of Lepton’s electrospinning machine:

Lepton’s team adopted the high precision temperature sensor to detect the environment temperature. It’s capable of detecting any temperature between -40℃ and 80℃. Safety Protection System
