Large size blank mask(soda/quarz)

The large size mask blank means generally the one of 202.8mm×202.8mm~550mm×650mm（8"×8"~700mm×800mm）. Generally, the soda lime glass is used as its substrate, and it is mainly used for the tomask production of micro circuit patterns for flat plate display devices (LCD、PDP、VFD), high density IC lead frames, multilayer high density printing circuit board (PCB), BGA packaging, and positioning measurement grating, etc.
