Titanium Grade 7Â is an unalloyed, medium strength titanium product, is mechanically and physically equivalent to Grade 2, except with the addition of theÂ interstitial elementÂ palladium, making it an alloy. It contains Palladium in the range of 0.12% to 0.25%. Grade 7 possesses excellent weldability andÂ fabricality, and is the most corrosion resistance of all titanium alloys. In fact, it is most resistant to corrosion in reducing acids.
