+ Length of stalks: 0.5cm -2cm (0.2-1inch)

+ With of the stalks: 1mm - 3mm (0.05-0.2 inch)

- Leaf:

+ Ratio: +30% Brown leaves + 70% Black leaves

+ Well twisted leaves 50%, Medium twisted leaves 20%, Open leaves 10%, Flaky leaves 7%, Broken leaves 3%

+ Color: Deep Black color 70%, Black color: 20%, Deep brown color 5%, Brown color 5%.

*Cup:

- Color: Deep Red-Golden- brown color. perfect Clear + transparent, bottom see through. Not cloudy.

- Aroma: strong Aroma, nut fruity aroma

- Taste: Mild taste to strong taste, light sweet after taste, sometimes light overfired.

*Original: Tho province, Vietnam.

*Density: 680 - 750 ml/100g before shaking

*Moisture: 7-7.5%

*Chemicals: Qualified for all markets
