We are direct to provider. We have BG/ available on lease through our provider. We charge 1% commission after successfully closing the deal.

• If this is your first deal, we recommend to enter such kind of transactions under the guidance of an International Securities Attorney/Lawyer having an expertise in BG/ leasing transactions. Ideally, any Cross-Border transactions should always be done under the guidance and representation of an International Securities Attorney. Protecting client interest is our first duty. We cannot change provider procedure but we can make the transaction smooth & safe by involving a securities lawyer. We highly recommend working with a reputed International Securities Attorney with whom we've had a great working relationship. He will represent the client during the transaction and ensure the following:
• 1. First, the Attorney will ensure that the transaction is smooth and safe to enter.
• 2. Protect client interests and money.
• 3. Read and check the Deed of Agreements for any possible looles.
• 4. Conduct Background checks on provider, and only ask the client to proceed after the background checks are satisfactory.Â
• 5. In-case, due to any unforeseen circumstances, if the deal does not go as expected, then the attorney will make sufficient background checks in advance to make sure that any funds paid to the provider should be recoverable in a worst case scenario.
• 6. Where the provider is ready to accept an escrow option, the Attorney will setup an Escrow payment with himself, or, any escrow provider of client choice. (extra charges for setup)
• 7. The Attorney will charge 2500 USD for reading & verifying Agreements and conducting Background check on provider, plus client consultation and representation during the transaction. Any extra services like escrow-setup, etc will be charged extra. The Attorney fees has to be directly paid to his account. Â
• 8. Having an Attorney on board will be like an Insurance, it will ensure the safety and security of the transaction. We highly recommend working with the above mentioned International Securities Attorney as he has experience dealing with multiple providers, as well as closed many BG/ leasing & PPP transactions in past.
• 9. In-case you know of any experienced Attorney with a similar expertise, you are welcome to bring him forward to represent your transaction. In the end, it is our intention to protect client-interests at all costs and ensure safety and success of the transaction.Â

• Provider procedures are non-negotiable. The above fees will be adjusted from the leasing fees which is to be paid within 10 days of receiving the MT760. Â
• In order to proceed further, we require the following documents from Client Side.Â
• 1. Client Information Sheet.Â
• 2. Company Registration.Â
• 3. Passport Scanned Copy of the Director/Signatory.Â
