Mat structure: ●chopped strands+PP+chopped strands ● Biaxial fabric +PP +chopped strands Description: Core mat is a new material, consisting of a synthetic nonwoven core, sandwiched between two layer of chopped glass fibers and the other one layer of multiaxial fabric. Advantage: ● Good surface performance in FRP product, have all advantages of glass fibers. ● PP guide the resin runs in and out very average, make sure FRP product good strength Usage process: RTM, LRTM, Vaccum infusion, Mold pressure etc; Compatible resins: Polyester resin, Vinyl resin, Epoxy resin, nolic resin etc; Application: ●FRP vessel/Cover, Wind energy, Boats and yachts, Auto parts, Sports etc;
