I. Characters

The copper coated iron powder produced by DJX is irregular powder with rose color.

II. Application

Iron powder coated with cooper is a kind of new composite powder, it is produced by coating a layer of pure copper on the iron powder. The copper coated iron powder produced by DJX features complete covering, shining color and good anti-oxidation, according to its characters, now we have produced three kinds of copper coated iron powder for the following purpose:

1.For Oil Bearing

Copper coated iron powder has shining appearance and good mobility, so it can be used to make oil bearing, the mechanical property and abrasive resistance of which is obviously better than that of copper based oil bearing, and the price of copper coated iron powder is lower than copper powder.

2.For Diamond Tools

This product improves the alloying degree of all the metal powders in the sintering process of diamond tools, so as to improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance properties, and reduces the production cost.

3.For Friction Materials

To be coated with one dense layer of pure copper, the heat transfer path and thermal conductivity of the friction material is improved. At the same time, as the alloying degree of all the metal powders is increased in the process of sintering, the mechanical properties of the friction materials is greatly improved.

III. Chemical Composition and sical Index

Note:

DCuFe-1 is specially for oil bearing

DCuFe-2 is specially for diamond tools

DCuFe-3 is specially for friction materials

Cu content and fineness is adjustable according to customer’s requirement.
