The difference of planetary type concrete mixers from pan types is that the mixer arms rotate both around themselves and around the boiler (internal structure has an agitator type outside the main shaft, and small mixing arms that allow mixing further inside). In this way, it provides the best production of homogenized concrete. Planetary concrete mixers are mostly used in plants where low slump concrete is required. They are especially preferred mixers in block construction and cobblestone plants.

Our planetary mixer model with a capacity ranging from 0.5 m3 to 1 m3 is a mixer type with the drive part above the mixer. It is preferred according to the design and cost of the concrete plant. In addition to having high performance, it has a stylish and aesthetic appearance, it is easy to use and clean. Complies with CE standards.

Water Distribution System

We offer the gravity driven water distribution system with distributor nozzle as ex factory. Depending on the application, many water distribution systems are available on demand, such as spraying, gravity-based or pressurized.

Mixer Discharge Cover                             Â

The discharge cover operates with air pressure. The position switches offer independent adjustment for control of the flow of concrete along the discharge cover.

Hydraulic-Powered Discharge CoverÂ

The discharge cover is operated by a hydraulic power unit to ensure full opening and closing.                      Â
