Modified Polypropylene Resin PP 1500 making KN95 mask filter meltblown nonwovens
       Â
Â
The outbreak of COVID-19 has made face mask an indispensable product for people to protect themselves from being infected, amomg a face mask the middling lining filter made of meltblown nonwoven fabric is the most important component. It must filter more than 95% of micro-particles in air that contains invisible viruses and bacteria , otherwise the entire Face Mask will be a fake product which has no efficiency at all for bacteria filtrattion and face protection!
Â
To get the best filter of a face mask, first of all, you need to choose the right material - Polypropylene Homopolymer with Melt Flow Index of 1500 g/10min which is suitable for meltblown process. PP 1500 is specially modified for this purpose, it has been widely used by the industry because of its processability and quality stability.
