Maintenance of machine： (1) The lubricating grease used for jaw crusher shall be determined according to the place of use and temperature conditions. Generally, calcium base, sodium base and calcium sodium base lubricating grease shall be used. (2) Generally, add 50-70% lubricating oil into the bearing and replace it every 3-6 months. Clean the bearing raceway with clean gasoerosene during replacement.
(3) Before starting the jaw crusher, a small amount of lubricating oil shall be injected between the elbow plate and the elbow pad.
