Mother stations are used to fill large volumes of CNG into mobile storage trailers. A mother station will always be located near a natural gas pipeile storage allows transportation of natural gas to a site that does not have access to a natural gas pipeical applications where mother stations are used are to supply gas to daughter CNG stations, industries and city gas distribution systems.
