We produce direct metal parts from CAD data by ultrasonic welding layer of coil aluminum foil strips to a prepared metal substrate. Using high-frequency vibratory energy and pressure to induce interatomic attraction creates a metallurgical bonding between the metal foil and the substrate surfaces.
