TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSÂ

• Â Ondule curled, Bombed Mirrored WBKS Series cylinderical structured, three currented, liquid and gosfueled, tire, smoke piped High Pressure Steam Furnaces.

•  WBKS series High Pressure Steam Furnaces are designed and produced for steam need like for wood, textile, polish, milk, and etc industries and heating of big residence areas.

•  WBKS Series Furnaces are designed and produced according to TS 337, Lloyd, DIN and EN Norms. Production is carried according to the way you require with Turkish Lloyd and Tüv. All the equipment (Ring Station, Water Treating Device, . ) you reqire for working industrial in the most productive way are designed and installed in key submitting manner by us. The materials with orientation and quality certificated are produced from main sheet iron parts DIN 17155 material. Our Furnaces pipes are in DIN 17175 2448 norm, unstiched steel pull high presurred furnace pipes.

• Â Can use natural gas and can turn into natural gas. Our Furnaces designed in SKOTCH type are high productive. Our Furnaces are produced with big steam volume so that it can give eligibility to use sudden steam. Water Brokers are put in the furnace to invert the migration of steam and water droplets Burning Dimensions are designed so that it will divert the harmful emissions dirtying the environment and Nox Production. The water-holding nails, condensed entrance, steam exit, surface blof, furnace blof security ventile flanshes, furnace automatic level control and level pointer assembly needing vertical collector are equipped with air flansh with required capacity designed 1 or 2 special design cleaning menhol. • Â Furnace isolation is done as you require as galvanized iron sheet, aluminium sheet, stainless steel sheet.
