Record of the shipment merchandise according to the net weight or the gross weight indicated whichever is lower. The supplier guarantees the validity of each shipment for 9 months since the production date. Each shipment will be accompanied by the following certificates: 1. A published vet certificate from the Government to the export country, checked before and after slaughter, that it is free of diseases contagious to human or animals and safe for consumption by humans and storage. 2. Production country certificate. 3. Weight certificate and certificate that the temperature before delivery is -18 degrees and the temperature of inner tissues is -12 degrees. 4. Guarantee certificate that the slaughter has been done according to Islamic instructions and the cargo was preserved by fast refrigeration and it is available at the Egyptian Embassy in the export country. All exit documents of the cargo should be as follows: 1. Radiological analysis 2. Chemical and bacteriological analysis, validity, suitable for consumption from humans by the Ministry of Health. 3. Vet validity 4. Quality control by the Import-Export Institute. 5. Written cargo receipt.
