Dear Sir, You are kindly requested to submit your best quotation and delivery time for Tube Bundle for the following heat exchanger: - 41-30-HA-004 - 42-30-HA-004 - 41-30-HA-003 - 42-30-HA-003 - 51-30-HA-003 - 52-30-HA-003 Tube Internally coated (CW SIDE) Stationary and floating tube sheet-coated (CW SIDE) Two options of coating specification as following: - 1st option :GMA srl Blasting to SA 2.5 3 and applying ncote system on the entire inner tubes and tube sheet. - 2nd Option: SAKAN GmbH Blasting to SA2.5 ? 3 and applying Sakan coating system on the entire inner tubes and tube sheet. Note: The executing companies will select the appropriate coating system either cold or hot cured and dry film thikcness on each heat exchanger according to many factors i.e. temperature, range, fluid velocity, abrasion, ?etc. General Notes : for tube bundle 1. TUBE BUNDLE SHALL BE ASME SEC VIII DIV.1 WITH U-STAMP ANDTEMA CLASS R. LATEST EDITION OF STANDARDS AND CODES SHALL BE USED. 2. ALL MATERIAL SPECIFICATION & DIMENSIONS SHALL BE AS PER OUR COMPANY DRAWING ONLY. IF THERE IS ANY DEVIATION FROM THE ORIGINAUDRAWINGS,THE SAME SHALL BE NOTIFIED TO US AND GET APPROVAL FROM MOG ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. 3. THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AGENCY SHALL BE APPROVED BY MOG. 4. COATING SPECIFICATION SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY MOG. 5. THE BELOW LISTED DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO MOG FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL AT THE RESPECTIVE STAGES. a. valid ASME CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION b.
