However, if the vessel arrives before the first day of the agreed delivery laycan, laytime shall not commence until 0600 am on the first day of the agreed delivery laycan or the time discharging commences whichever earlier. If the vessel arrives after the last day of the agreed delivery laycan, laytime shall commence at the time discharging commences. Laytime shall cease upon disconnecting of hoses after whole cargo has been discharged Demurrage : USD 7,000.00 PDPR, Other terms and conditions: To be mutually agreed. LC Opening Bank : LC to be opened from National Bank Limited (NBL) and our bank has the relationship & credit ilable with the following International Banks from where 'LC Add Confirmation' may be added (if required) at seller's cost depending on the availability of credit ing those specific dates of cargo delivery laycan. However, if the credit exhausted at the time of opening of the LC then the LC Add Confirmation can be given from the seller's preferred bank.
