Hello, We are looking to buy a thick mat fiberglass mat cutter for our pultrusion machine is used to cut glass fiber cloth, mat and so on. It can length-fixing cut with precise dimension and high efficiency. It is the necessary equipment for pultrusion and winding FRP products. The machine consists of cutting device, mat winding axis, reducer, machine frame and electrical system. The electrical motor reduce speed by worm-gear motor, to drive the mat by the mat winding axis and nail tooth on the mat plate. Set the cutting length on the instrument according to the required width of the finished products. The data reset to 0 after one time cutting, and recount the length. After finished cutting, loose the chuck plate and sliding seat, then turn the pole backward to make the mat axis taking off from the mat roller.
