Hello.We are looking for someone to produce some tensioner pulleys for our conveyor system.we have 2000 meters of v-belt driven conveyors in our company with one tensioner for every 15 cm.The conveyors are driven by Polly urethane v-belts. The v-belt are 11mm in the bottom and 17 mm in the top.Today we use plastic tensioners with a steel face with 2 x 608 2z bearings.We are trying to reduce the friction between the belts and the tensioners to improve Lifetime and noise in our warehouse.This is why i did not put in a material selection. We need complete tensioners with installed bearings.If you have any suggestion about different solutions we would be willing to order a few different types to test in our system.
